でも優しい写真のおかげで癒された。

お陰さまで、少しずつですが水が引いて
来たかな?？でも、当分は薬と湿布ですね～
後は、やっぱり膝への負担はかけれず。
自転車乗ったり、走る事やそれからしゃがんだり
正座ってのは控えてます。ほんと寒いですね；；
